Iglesias, Carbonia-Iglesias Province, Sardinia, Italy - Sculptural group of copper-rich aragonite with the classic delicate blue color. The aggregate consists of several sprays of elongated calcite, usually diverging as either a papillon (bowtie) of arrange in a semiparallel, artichoke fashion, then locally covered by a number of curvy coralloid aragonite crystallized wires.
