TWINNED CERUSSITE

Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia - Very peculiar specimen, this one ! There is a twinned cerussite crystal of 3.5x1.5 cm in size that has a twin just close to the top. The crystals are covered by carbonates. Both the twin terminations are perfectly terminated. There are also half a dozen of smaller terminated cerussites close to the main crystal. Overall size of this showy specimen is 3.8x3.5x2.6 cm.
