ENARGITE

FURTEI, CAGLIARI, ITALY - This sulfide is not so common in Italy. The most recent and best crystals found up to now came from this gold mine, recently operated by an Australian company. There a great abundance of crystals, all are well visible, terminated and with a nice metallic luster. Thir size is up to 0.5-0.8 cm. Overall size of this rock is 6x9x3 cm.

EPIDOTE and DIOPSIDE

BARBESTON, VAL D'AOSTA, ITALY - Bright gemmy epidote crystals up to 0.5-1 cm show up on this rock. Nice terminations and great color ! No damage. There are also some diopside crystals. Overall size is 5x3x1.5 cm.

STIBICONITE and VALENTINITE

LE CETINE MINE, SIENA, ITALY - From the mine famous for cetineite and onoratoite ! This is a specimen completely formed by stibnite. There are a lot of terminated stibiconite crystals up to the size of 3-4 cm. Stibiconite is the natural transformation from stibnite. The color is brown yellow with a lot of acicular sprays of valentine crystals ! overall size is 8x5x4 cm.
