N'Chwaning mines, Northern Cape, South Africa - Prismatic crystals of sturmanite to 1.2 cm in length set nicely up on matrix. One crystal shows damage, this still very nice for the species. Nchwaning #2 mine, Kuruman, South Africa - An uncommon classic from this famous locality of South Africa. The specimen hosts a cluter of sturmanite crystals 2.2 cm wide ! The sturmanites are 1.5 cm in size and show the classic amber/dark color. Overall size is 4.5x4x2 cm.
