N'Chwaning II Mine, Northern Cape Province, South Africa  - Distinctive cluster comprised of about a dozen smaller radial clusters of the tan variety of Olmiite.
The individual Olmiite crystals range up to about .7 cm in length, with the smaller clusters ranging up to 1.4 cm across. The Olmiites have excellent luster, and most of the radiating crystals have flat, square, lustrous terminations, which serve to create the surfaces of the balls. A very good, representative specimen from the type locality. Overall size is 2.5 x 1.9 x 1.7 cm. Ex Rob Lavinsky collection.
