San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - Interesting combination specimen. There is a terminated beryl of 0.9x0.8 cm in size nicely located on a feldspar crystal. Close to them there are some bright orange spessartine crystals. The specimen hosts also various albite crystals, some incomplete elbaite crystals and other feldspars up to 2.5 cm on the edge ! in a cavity there is a well defined cluster of green millimetric zircon crystals. Very peculiar rock of 9.5x6.5x4 cm

Baia Sprie Mine, Baia Sprie, Romania - A sulphide covered matrix with abundant chalcopyrite sphalerite and galena has a pair of black wolframite crystals on top, with two generations of calcite covering. The main crystal is 1.2 cm in size. Woframite was found along with scheelite in the late 1990s - this is quite typical of the habit. The crystals are not that well terminated. Overall size is 5.5x3x2 cm.

We had been lucky this time and we got 2 perfectly terminated acroites with such Moor's head ! very nice terminated crystals of 1 cm in size nicely located in an open cavity close to a white feldspar crystal of 2 cm in size. Nice rock of 7x7x4 cm in size

ZOGNO MINE, VAL BREMBANA, BERGAMO, ITALY - This mine is very famous for the well shaped violet fluorite cubes that produced in the past. Now the mine is closed. This specimen is from an old collection. The specimen hosts violet fluorite cube of fluorite of 1 cm on the edge and has etching on one corner on the back. The fluorite sits on a carpet of tint waterclear quartz crystals. Overall size is 9x5.5x3.5 cm. Weight is 200 gr.
