Pereta Mine, Scansano, Tuscany, Italy - Red globules of ottensite on altered stibnite. Pereta is the first natural (non-slag) locality for this rare antimony oxide, and the specimen is also host to microscopic colorless aggregates (not visible under normal microscopes) of two other rare oxides - brizziite and mopungite.Overall size 4x2.2x1.5 cm

Cavnic Mine, Cavnic, Romania - A very nice specimen of manganocalcite with a complex twinned crystal of tetrahedrite of 1 cm on the edge ! Very nice specimen of 3x2.7x1.7 cm in size

COLONNATA QUARRY, CARRARA, ITALY - Very nice yellow sulfur crystal of 0.5 cm in size shows nicely on the white crystalline marble. A classic from Apuane Alps marble quarries. Overall size is 4x3x2 cm

ROCCAMONFINA, CASERTA, ITALY - There are a couple of leucite crystals of 1.3-1.6 cm on this rock.  A classic from the magmatic deposits of the italian desposit close to Caserta vulcanic area. Overall size is  5x5x3.5 cm

ZOGNO MINE, VAL BREMBANA, BERGAMO, ITALY - This mine is very famous for the well shaped violet fluorite cubes that produced in the past. Now the mine is closed. This specimen hosts well shaped undamaged fluorite cubes of 0.6 cm on the edge. Nice violet color. Overall size is 5.5x4x4 cm.

BELLECOMBE, CHATILLON, VAL D'AOSTA, ITALY - Very nice specimen with hundreds of terminated vesuvianites ! The color is bright brown and the crystals are up to 0.3-0.4 cm. Very nice under magnification ! Overall size is 4x2.5x1 cm.

Alpe delle Frasse, Laietto, Val Susa, Torino, Italy - Bright deep red hessonite crystals with clinochlore tiny crystals show up on this rock. The color of the hessonites is very classic ! Their size is up to 0.5 cm ! Overall size is 4.5x2x2 cm. Weight is 40 gr.
