Cavnic Mine, Maramures County, Romania - A pinkish mass of interlocking pale pink flat manganoan calcite crystals partly coated with aggregates of tiny white calcite. The net effect is a mass of striped crystals. On the reverse shows the calcite being included to give a black and white effect. Really interesting piece.  An example of one of the Romanian classics and not often seen. Overall size is 8.6 × 5.9 × 5.2 cm.

Herja Mine, Chiuzbaia, Baia Mare, Maramureș County, Romania - Older specimen from Herja featuring black lustrous cyrstals of sphalerite with a flat back with slight overgrowth of siderite. the sphalerite crystals are up to 2.1 cm on the edge ! Excellent - aesthetic specimen from this well known locality. Very Bright crystals ! Overall size is 6.4 × 5.2 × 1.8 cm.

Slyudyanka, Lake Baikal, Irkutskaya Oblast', Prebaikalia, Eastern Siberia, Russian Federation - A 2.2 cm green-blue lustrous apatite crystal associated with some smaller ones on calcite matrix. ZOGNO MINE, VAL BREMBANA, BERGAMO, ITALY - This mine is very famous for the well shaped violet fluorite cubes that produced in the past. Now the mine is closed. This specimen hosts well shaped undamaged fluorite cubes of 0.6 cm on the edge. Nice violet color. Overall size is 5.5x4x4 cm.

Rogerley mine, Frosterley, Durham Co., England - Semi lustrous green translucent cubic crystals of fluorite to 1.6 cm on edge over the top of a 5.5 x 4.0 x 3.0 cm matrix. Very minimal micro-chipping present, overall I think in very good condition.

Varaita Valley, Cuneo Province, Piedmont, Italy - Very fine epidote crystals up to 1.5 cm. on a white base of albite crystals. The green of the epidotes are a showy view on the white albite coating of crystals ! the albites are up to 0.5-0.8 cm. An excellent example of alpine epidote association.
