STIBNITE

Brainer-Boldut  mine, Baia Mare, Maramures, Romania - Great specimen with hundreds of terminated stibnite crystals ! Great luster and brightness ! Specimens like this one are now difficult to find since almost most of the production of stibnite has been heavily reduced or stopped. The crystals are up to 2 cm in size. Overall size is 8x6x4.5 cm.

CHALCOPYRITE and QUARTZ

Brainer-Boldut  mine, Baia Mare, Maramures, Romania - Very nice specimen with hyndreds of quartz crystals with several chalcopyrite crystals. The chalcopyrite are up to 0.8-1 cm in size and are on the quartz crystals. They show the classic golden color. The matrix of the specimen is sphalerite and chalcopyrite. Overall size is 9x6x4 cm. Heavy rock.

Sorre, Darrah Pech Kunar Prov., Afghanistan - Bright violet crystals of apatite show nicely on this rock. The apatites are up to 1x0.5 cm in size. Overall size is 2.5x2x1.8 cm.
