Xianghualin, Hunan Prov., China - There are three perfectly terminated scheelite crystals that emerge from various fluorite cubo-octahedrons ! The scheelite show a light brown/orange color and are 1-1.5 cn on the edge ! Very nice specimen of 6.5x4.5x3 cm

Ken Massif, Qaraghandy Oblysy, Kazakhstan -Partly etched green fluorite octahedron of 1.8 cm on the edge. Green color. The crystal are located on a coating of 1-1.5 cm quartz crystals. Overall size is 11x4x3 cm

ELMWOOD MINE, CARTHAGE, TENNESSEE - Nice fluorite cube of 3.5 cm on the edge with a nice violet color. On one corner the fluorite has a sphalerite cluster, bright and red. Chipping on a corner of the fluorite. Overall size is 4.5x2.5x2.2 cm

Shanghbao mine, Hunan Prov., China - A very nice fluorite specimen from thi famous locality. There are various fluorite crystals showing a nice waterclear aspect. The largest fluorite is 1 cm on the edge and shows a beautiful cuboctahedral violet phantom inside ! such phantom can be seen also in other crystals of this rock. Lot of colorless quartz are the crystalline matrix on which the fluoritea are nested. Some pyrite cubes also present. Nice esthetic specimen of 5x3x2.5 cm

Fu Jian Province, China - Large green/blue cuboctahedral fluorite crystals up to 4 cm wide ! Nice color which is between green and blue, especially in the inner part of the crystals. There are also coating of tiny quartz crystals all around the specimen. Cleavage on the back. Overall size is 8.5x5x4.5 cm. Weight is 300 gr.

The rock hosts a number of cubic fluorites showing the classic green color under artificial light that becomes blue under the sunlight ! The fluorite crystals  are up to 1.7 cm on the edge and most of them are 1 cm on the edge with several twinned/intergrown crystals ! I count close to 2 dozen crystals ! Among them there are dark black, with metallic luster, galena crystals 1 cm in size ! An old timer since this specimen has been aquired in the 2000 ! it comes with the orihinal label from the mine.
