Erongo Mountains, Karibib, Erongo Region, Namibia - Nice specimen hosting beryl and schorlite crystals on quartz ! There are a couple of terminated beryls up to 2 cm in size with several schorlite on some faces ! There are also a couple of terminated quartz up to 4 cm in size. The matrix has also a partial aqua crystal, with a nice blue color in the inner part. Nice classic from Erongo ! overall size is 6.5x3.5x3 cm. eight is 60 gr.

San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - A classic specimen from the pegmatite areas of San Piero.This specimen has an open cavity with a some large orthoclase crystals up to almopst 3 cm on the edge. All around there are quartz crystals and a number of terminated schorl crystals to the size of 0.5 cm. The specimen is very representative of the pockets that can be found in the pegmatites areas of San Piero ! overall size is 13x9.5x5.5 cm.

Beni Bouzra, Chefchaouen Province, Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region, Morocco - Morocco has recently offered a nice variety of elbaite crystals on matrix. Here we have a specimen hosting several red elbaites, var rubellite. The main one is terminated and 1.4 cm in size ! all around there are several other elbaites and some of them are terminated or some other recrystallized. Nice quartz points also, up to 1.5-2 cm in size and biterminated. There is hyalite coating on some crystals. Overall size is 5.8x3.5x3.5 cm. Weight is 80 gr.

Grotta d'Oggi, San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - An old and very peculiar specimen since there are several 2-4 mm spessartines located on the faces of the feldspar crystals partly covered by waterclear quartz crystals. Nice specimen of 4.5x2.5x2.5 cm in size

Brilliant sharp striated cubic crystals of pyrite to 1.8 cm on edge across the top of this lustrous black sphalerite crystal matrix with quartz. The sphalerite crystals measure to 1.2 cm in size. This is in very good condition with only minimal micro-chipping to some of the quartz crystals at the far lower right side of the piece. Overall size is 6.0 x 5.0 x 2.0 cm. Ex D. ZOGNO MINE, VAL BREMBANA, BERGAMO, ITALY - This mine is very famous for the well shaped violet fluorite cubes that produced in the past. Now the mine is closed. This specimen is from an old collection. The specimen hosts violet fluorite cube of fluorite of 1 cm on the edge and has etching on one corner on the back. The fluorite sits on a carpet of tint waterclear quartz crystals. Overall size is 9x5.5x3.5 cm. Weight is 200 gr.

POLLONE MINE, LUCCA, ITALY - A classic from this famous Italian mine. The specimen is composed by crystalline quartx matrix with a well exposed terminated lightly smoky quartz crystal up to 2.7 cm in size. There are some other smaller quartzes with some sulfides coating on some faces. There is also a well defined and terminated white baryte crystal of 1.5 cm in size. Overall size is 6.5x5x4 cm.
